In the moment that precedes the implosion of things, the seams and stitches are unraveled, the constructing pieces are on the verge of tearing into shreds and the material itself bursts through the image and reappears. The exhibition at Sommer Contemporary Art’s Project Room invites five contemporary artists to exhibit works dealing with an unsound reality hanging on a thread – An infinite wait for a crucial moment in time.
